Meet the Mullins
Brian Mullins
I am a husband of one beautiful wife, Kira, and Dad to one beautiful daughter, Kingsley. I’m a farm hand to 3 ornery dogs, 1 stinker cat, and 19 quail. I love serving in our church, city, and the people of our community. I thrive on being busy. I love home renovation projects, travel, spending time with my family, and helping others. I grew up in West Texas, the land of “Friday Night Lights,” and graduated from West Texas A&M University. I’ve earned multiple licenses and certifications throughout my professional career. My life philosophy is to help people. I see a need, and I want to help with the need. I am an avid reader (more of a listener) of books. If you have book recommendations, I will gladly take them. My goal is to listen to at least 50 books a year.
Kira Mullins
Hello! I am Kira. I’m married to Brian, and we have one spunky daughter. I grew up in Amarillo and West Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and West Texas A&M University. I enjoy baking, reading, and staying active. As a family, we like to try new restaurants and different foods. We also love to have friends over for meals and often experiment with new recipes. I am the third of four children, and I wish I could spend more time with my siblings! I love working with the RPM team to connect people with places they call home.

Zoe Smith
Hi, I’m Zoe Smith! I was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle and have always had a heart for helping people. I graduated from West Texas High School and will be attending West Texas A&M University to pursue a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources. Sports have been a huge part of my life, teaching me teamwork, discipline, and resilience, qualities I bring into everything I do. When I’m not working or staying busy with school and community activities, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or hanging out with my dog, Buster. I’m excited to be part of this team and to serve the people of our area with honesty, dedication, and care.
Renae Davis
Hi! I’m Renae. I grew up here in Amarillo and graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Business Management. I joined Real Property Management in 2022, where I’ve spent the past three years helping residents and owners feel supported and informed.
Outside of work, I’m a wife to my amazing husband Zach, a mom to my daughter Elliott, and soon to be mom of two. I love traveling, spending time with family and friends, reading, musicals, trying great local restaurants, and hanging out with our four dogs.
Steve Head
I’m a devoted son, husband, father, and grandfather whose life is deeply centered around faith and family. The relationships I’ve built across generations are a big part of who I am, and I take pride in the roles I play. From supporting my wife to staying involved in my children’s and grandchildren’s lives, I strive to be present, steady, and dependable for the people I love.
I enjoy the satisfaction that comes from working with my hands, especially when it comes to home repairs. Alongside my practical skills, I carry a strong sense of responsibility and compassion, caring daily for my parents and my aunt. And while life keeps me busy, nothing brings me more joy than visiting my grandkids-those moments remind me why family matters so much. At the core of everything I do are three guiding values: God, family, and others.
Karla Collas
I’m a caring and grounded person who values family, honesty, and meaningful connections. I’m a mom to my 11-month-old daughter, Annia, who is the center of my world, and I also own a sweet dog named Kora, which explains my deep love for dogs and nature. I enjoy reading, hiking, working out, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. I graduated from Franklin High School in California and currently live in Colima, Mexico, where I’m embracing a new stage of life and growth. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I love connecting with people from different backgrounds. My goal is to continue growing both personally and professionally while staying true to who I am and building a positive, fulfilling life for myself and my daughter.
Gabriel Ortiz
My name is Gabriel Ortiz, and I was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. I currently attend Amarillo College, where I’m studying Engineering, and I plan to transfer to West Texas A&M University to continue my education in Civil Engineering. I’m the son of two long-time educators who have taught for over two decades, and their dedication inspires my own commitment to learning and growth. I also bring eight years of lawncare experience, which has taught me discipline, responsibility, and a strong work ethic. I take pride in hard work and in continually building new skills.
